Two Sambal Chicken Wings – Sybaritica
These Two Sambal Chicken Wings are like most Chicken Wing appetizers, except the sauce is made from two very different fiery spice pastes.
- 1 dozen Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp. of Sambal Belecan
- 1 tsp. of Sambal Terasi
- 1 tbsp. of Sugar
- Blend the Spice Pastes and the Sugar in a bowl large enough to accommodate the Wings.
- Bake the wings at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Toss the Wings in the bowl with the spice mix to coat evenly and serve hot.
