The Oysters Steamed Three Ways at Gain Wah in Vancouver’s Chinatown made for a delightful first course and easily earned a 5 out of 5 Rating.

The Oyster Katsu at Wasabi in Ottawa was a pretty good idea but the execution wasn’t very good. It only earned a 2 out of 5 Rating.

The Oysters Deep-fried at Salty’s in Halifax waterfront were plated nicely, well cooked and seasoned, and worth an easy 5 out of 5 Rating.

The Oysters Rockefeller at the Oyster Shack in Montreal were not quite traditional, but still great. I gave them a 4 out of 5 Rating.
