The Squid Grilled at Juxiangyuan in Ottawa was a lovely dish barbecued in Northern Chinese style. It easily deserved a Rating of 5 out of 5.

The Squid Grilled at Le Piment Rouge in Montreal was pretty, but was really poorly executed. It deserved no more than a Rating of 1 out of 5.

The Squid Deep-fried at Kinki in Ottawa would have been good, but the Squid was less than fresh. It only earned a Rating of 2 out of 5.

The Squid Deep-Fried Squid at Chinatown in Halifax were a bit overcooked and only mediocre, They only received a Rating of 3 out of 5.
