The Boiled Dumplings (水餃) at the Floata Restaurant in Vancouver were served in a Peanut Butter Sauce and deserved only a 2 out of 5 Rating.

The Boiled Dumplings, ( 水餃) at the Oriental House in Ottawa were served in a supposedly Hunan-style Peanut Sauce got a 4 out of 5 Rating.

The Bean-Curd Roll at May Garden in Bedford, Nova Scotia, was unusual, but still pretty enjoyable. I gave them a Rating of 3 out of 5.

The Bean-Curd Roll Fan’s in Dartmouth contained Celery, Carrot, and lack Fungus shreds, and was pretty good. It earned a Rating of 4 out of 5.
