Madrasi Grilled Beef Skewers – Sybaritica
These Madrasi Grilled Beef Skewers use a Homemade Madras Curry Paste and can be a simple appetizer, or the main feature in an Indian meal.
- ½ lb. Beef in medium dice.
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Madras Curry Paste
- Marinate the diced Beef in the Lemon juice for several hours or overnight.
- Toss the marinated Beef with the Madras Curry Paste and let sit for at least an hour.
- Thread the Beef onto skewers and grill over high heat until nicely browned.
