Madrasi Grilled Beef Skewers – Sybaritica

These Madrasi Grilled Beef Skewers use a Homemade Madras Curry Paste and can be a simple appetizer, or the main feature in an Indian meal.

  • ½ lb. Beef in medium dice.
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Madras Curry Paste
  • Marinate the diced Beef in the Lemon juice for several hours or overnight.
  • Toss the marinated Beef with the Madras Curry Paste and let sit for at least an hour.
  • Thread the Beef onto skewers and grill over high heat until nicely browned.
