Sybaritica

These Har Gow (蝦餃) at the now defunct Le Piment Rouge in Montreal were the worst I have ever had and only deserved a Rating of 1 out of 5.

These Har Gow (蝦餃) at Chu Shing in Ottaw weren’t very pretty but the shrimp filling was excellent. They deserved a Rating of 4 out of 5.

The Har Gow (蝦餃) at Fan’s Restaurant in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia were rather poorly executed and barely deserved a Rating of 2 out of 5.
