Sybaritica

The Jellyfish Salad at the Juxiangyuan Restaurant in Ottawa was fairly decent but not very exciting and I only gave it a 3 out of 5 Rating.

The Jellyfish and Spiced Beef at May Garden in Halifax, had an excellent Sesame Oil and Chili dressing and earned a 4 out of 5 Rating.

The Steamed Dumplings ( 湯包) at Mei Restaurant in Montreal were quite small, but they were tender and delicious and earned a 5 out of 5 Rating.

The Steamed Dumplings at Sai Woo in Vancouver’s Chinatown were nothing like as advertised and were quite poor. They only got a 2 out 5 Rating.
