The Bean-Curd Roll at May Garden in Bedford, Nova Scotia, was unusual, but still pretty enjoyable. I gave them a Rating of 3 out of 5.

The Bean-Curd Roll Fan’s in Dartmouth contained Celery, Carrot, and lack Fungus shreds, and was pretty good. It earned a Rating of 4 out of 5.

The Bean-Curd Roll at Yimin in Ottawa was stuffed full of tasty pork, and one of the best I have ever had. It deserved a Rating of 5 out of 5.

The Bean-Curd Roll at Palais Imperial in Ottawa, had a mediocre beef filling but was still pretty good. I gave it a Rating of 3 out of 5.
