Sybaritica

The Shu Mai (燒賣)at Sushi North in Yellowknife were different from the usual, and among the best I have had. They got a Rating of 5 out of 5.

Shu Mai (燒賣) at the All Happy Family Restaurant in Edmonton were not very pretty, but they were tasty enough and deserved a 3 out of 5 Rating.

The Boiled Dumplings (水餃) at the old Juxiangyuan Restaurant in Ottawa were stuffed with Lamb and Scallion and were worth a 3 out of 5 Rating.

The Boiled Dumplings (水餃) at Wei’s Noodle House in Ottawa were probably the worst I have ever had and deserved only a 1 out of 5 Rating.
