Broccolini in XO Sauce – 青花菜爆XO醬 – Sybaritica
Broccolini in XO Sauce, or 青花菜爆XO醬, features Broccolini flash-fried until crisp-tender, and enhanced with the umami, highlights of XO Sauce.
Servings: 2 as a dish in a Dim Sum style meal
- 1 bunch fresh Broccolini
- 2-3 Tablespoons XO Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Rice Wine
- Blanch the Broccolini and plunge into cold water;
- Mix together the XO Sauce and the Rice Wine, and set aside.
- Drain and Flash-fry the Broccolini at high heat in a little oil until tender and cooked through.
- Add the sauce mixture, stir-fry for another thirty seconds, then plate and serve immediately.
